This Privacy Policy shows you how we collect and process your personal data. Personal data means any information capable of identifying an individual. It does not include anonymised data.

1. We may process certain types of data about you:
*Identity Data may include your first name, maiden name, last name, username, marital status, title, date of birth, gender (and the identity data of others in your family or household)
*Contact Data may include your billing address, delivery address, email address, telephone numbers
*Financial Data may include your bank account details
*Transaction Data may include details about payments between us and details of purchases you make
*Profile Data may include your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses
*Marketing & Communications Data may include your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
We may also process sensitive data about you in order to deliver services tailored to your needs. This data may have been disclosed by you during the initial consultation or during the course of our work together and is used to help guide the service we provide. Sharing this sensitive data with us is optional, however non-disclosure may affect the quality of service and the outcomes.

Relevant physical and mental health information about you or others in your household, including any Disability or Specific Learning Difficulty
Relevant religious or cultural information that may affect how your belongings should be handled or disposed of
NB We require specific consent to process sensitive data.
Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us, and you do not provide us with that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract and we may have to cancel the service or product you have ordered.
2. We may collect your personal data through:
*Direct interactions such as when you provide data by filling in forms on our site or when you communicate with us by post, phone, text, email or otherwise .
*Third parties such as when you respond to or comment on an App notification, website or social media platform.
We are not responsible for any data whilst it is in transit or data that you share on any third party Apps, websites or social media platforms: you should refer to their Privacy Policies about their use of your personal data.
3. We use your personal data only for legitimate purposes, such as to facilitate communication between us, to register you as a customer, to perform contracted services, to request payment and feedback, to supply you with information that may be of interest to you.
We may have to disclose your personal data in the course of the administration of our business, such as to HMRC, or service providers such as IT and system administration services, or professional advisors such as bank, accountant, lawyer. These third parties will process personal data legitimately and securely under the terms of their own Privacy Policies.
We do not otherwise share your personal data unless with your explicit consent (such as to procure further goods or services). The exception to this is when we are obliged under law (such as if you are at risk of harming yourself or others).
4. We take data security seriously and have security measures in place to prevent data from being illegitimately accessed. We use passwords and two-factor authentication for accounts.
5. We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and to satisfy any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. We will delete or destroy the information we hold about you two years after our last contact, after which you will cease to be a current client and will need to supply your personal data again, should you wish to re-establish contact.
However, for tax purposes we have to keep basic information about our clients (including Identity, Contact, Financial and Transaction data) for six years after they cease being clients.
6. Under certain circumstances you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data. These include the right to:

*Request erasure of your personal data
*Object to processing of your personal data
*Request restriction of processing your personal data

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data or to exercise these rights. However, you may be charged a fee if your request is unfounded or repetitive; alternatively we may refuse to comply with such requests. We may require specific information to confirm your identity, prior to processing the request, to ensure your data is not disclosed to an unauthorised party. We may also require further information in relation to your request in order to expedite our response. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month.
